Veteran and First Responder Memorials Unveiled

Mt. Olivet and Resurrection Cemeteries announce the completion of two beautiful new memorials at each cemetery, one dedicated to veterans and one to first responders. The new memorials are part of the Legacy Garden, which provides free gravesites to veterans and first responders.

Mt. Olivet and Resurrection Cemeteries recognize the sacrifices given by our veterans and first responders, who serve both locally and abroad. The beautiful memorials are made from laser etched black granite and are surrounded by flags to honor the various branches of service and police and fire personnel.

The free gravesites are available to any honorably discharged or retired veteran and active duty military members. Also included are any first responders including police officers, fire and EMS personnel. Adjacent spaces are available for purchase for spouses. Please call Mt.
